The Monads "Ornery" CD, Not Just "Hillbilly" Music! Once you get this CD, The Monads "Ornery", you'll be amazed by Pat's acoustic guitar skills, I've seen this band live, and Pat plays the guitar so fast, I don't know how he does it!, and, Jason's unique voice, as well as, Pat and Jenna's vocals, are wonderful, wow, Jason can sing as fast as Pat can play! Plus, band member Matt not only fiddles well, but plays accordian and bass drum! Their songs can be dark and exciting, such as "End Of A Rope" and "Cadillac", and, at the same time, deep and meaningful, such as "Miners" and "Keep The Boys Alive". Just don't be so quick to stereotype The Monads "Ornery" CD as "hillbilly" music, there are many facets to their songs, as well as the band members. Get this CD, listen to it, you'll love it just as I do!
